Pods

Exhibitor Pods are priced at £1,050 for all bookings.

Each Pod package will include the following:

• 1 spotlight

• 1 13-amp power socket

• 2 pre-branded boards (printed by UKTI) that can include:

  • 1 x logo
  • 1 x company profile

• 2 complimentary 2-day delegate passes

• Basic entry in the official show directory including company name and contact details.
  The Show Directory will be given to every visitor to help identify who is at the show.

Shell scheme

There are a small number of shell scheme exhibition stands available ranging from 3m x 3m up to 9m x 3m. Please contact us on 0845 363 1478 to book your stand or if you require a different stand specification.

Each 3 metre x 3 metre stand package will include the following:

• 2 spot lights

• 2 13-amp power sockets

• Velcro acceptable walls

• Fascia name plate (printed by UKTI)

• 1 table and 2 chairs

• 3x3 stand receive 2 complimentary 2-day delegate passes, 6x3 stand receive 3 complimentary passes and 9x3 stand receive 4.

• Basic entry in the official show directory including company name and contact details. The Show Directory will be given to every visitor to help identify who is at the show.

Space only stands

There are a small number of space-only exhibition stands available ranging from 3m x 3m up to 9m x 3m. Please contact us on 0845 363 1478 to book your stand or if you require a different stand specification.

Each 3 metre x 3 metre space only stand package will include the following:

• 3x3 stand receive 2 complimentary 2-day delegate passes, 6x3 stand receive 3 complimentary passes and 9x3 stand receive 4.
