This website is run by UK Trade & Investment, the Government organisation that supports companies in the UK doing business internationally and overseas enterprises seeking to set up or expand in the UK.

This page states our intention that our website is usable and accessible to all users and details some of the measures taken.

This website conforms to the Guidelines for UK government websites that support the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, Level A, to ensure a Web accessibility standard has been achieved and is maintained. Within the next few months we hope to achieve the next level of accessibility and receive the AA standard.

This site is maintained using a content management system. Whilst every effort is made to ensure a common accessibility standard is reached, UK Trade & Investment cannot guarantee that every item of content will meet the minimum standard.

Alternative text

All images on this site are accompanied by a brief alternative text which where appropriate identifies an image or its function. This alternative text (alt-text) is generally only visible when the browser's automatic image loading feature is turned off.

The text on this website has been styled using a non-fixed value in a style sheet. This means that users can easily change the text size using their browser settings. To do this go to the 'View' menu of your internet browser, select 'Text Size', then change it from the default size of 'Medium' to the size that suits your needs.
